The sinking boat
What am I doing in the sinking boat? Is this a question about my actions or my decisions? Why am I still in the sinking boat? Everything I love is also in the sinking boat. There's nothing outside the sinking boat. Some are lucky enough to be wrong about that, and so they find comfort in praying. Some refuse to recognise that a sinking boat can't be saved, and they find their comfort in rowing. I'm just waiting. I hate waiting. But everything I love is also in the sinking boat.
